How to Make (Boiling Herbs)
1. Boil 5-6 pieces of herb with 1 litre of water for 15-20 minutes
2. May add sugar or stevia as sweetener
How to infuse (in Tea Pot)
1. Put 1-2 teaspoons of herb into a tea pot
2. Infuse in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
3. The process can be repeated for 2-3 times but the taste may be dropped
4. May add sugar or stevia for a sweetener.
Storage: Keep in a dry and well-closed container.
Avoid direct sunlight.
